NEWS: MONKEY POX - EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT(EDU. DEV) CDS OUTREACH

Yesterday being the 26th of October, 2017 the Educational development CDS in Calabar was captured sensitizing children in WAPI Secondary school about the present epidemic "Monkey Pox". The group was out in numbers creating awareness with regards to Monkey Pox virus on how one can contact this virus, prevention of it, and also what to do if any one is noticed with some symptoms of this epidemic called Monkey Pox which have no cure or vaccination yet. The group was led by the President Comr. Emmanuel with his executives and all members belonging to the group.
In a short interview with the leader of this group, He said it is a great privilege for his group to come out in mass to support the state and Nation entirely in sensitizing young people about the current happening of this Monkey Pox Virus. He also made mention of his group going into public places like the Market, social gathering, and other public gathering to sensitize people about this plague, and that the more people are aware of this virus the less it can be spread. He went on saying, having the presence of the CDS supervisors; Mr. Samson and Mr. Okim was indeed encouraging and they admonished us to keep sensitizing the public that one day we will heal the world!.
