The girls were found at the Igbokuta area of Ikorodu. They are unharmed and were not molested by their kidnappers.
Three arrests have been made in connection with the crime, according to the police spokesperson.
A press conference dedicated to the events is to be held by the Lagos state government and security agencies at the State House, Alausa, by 2pm.
Timilehin Olosa, Tofunmi Popoolaniyan and Deborah Akinayo were kidnapped from a classroom in the Babington Macaulay Junior Seminary School on February 29.
The abductors, about 15 heavily armed men, reportedly dug a hole under the fence surrounding the school, started sporadic shooting and overpowered the security personnel on the premises. They escaped through the school fence together with the hostages.
According to initial reports, the kidnappers demanded a N100 million ransom, a sum which was later reduced to N10 million.

The case had drawn the attention of the House of Representatives, and Solomon Arase, the inspector general of the police, was directed to intensify efforts to rescue the girls. Sniffer dogs were brought to the area to help search for the culprits.
Earlier, the abducted girls’ parents told Channels TV there had been an attempt by some armed men to gain access to the school in January. That time, however, the school security officers managed to stand their ground.
BMJS is a co-educational secondary institution of the Lagos Anglican Diocese. The private missionary school was founded on October 18, 1996 by the late Most Reverend Joseph Abiodun Adetiloye. It was named after Late Reverend Thomas Babington Macaulay.
