The Nigeria Football Federation has re-appointed Samson Siasia as coach of the Super Eagles following the resignation of the Sunday Oliseh on Friday. Siasia, whose contract as Eagles coach was terminated in October 2011 following the team’s failure to qualify for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations, will be assisted by Salisu Yusuf, who assisted Oliseh, 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup winner, Emmanuel Amuneke, and Alloy Agu for the upcoming 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Egypt. The appointment was announced by the NFF following the recommendation of the NFF Technical and Development Committee, which held an emergency meeting after Oliseh’s resignation.

From jagajastic ireport: A complaint was made concerning the power supply in Niger State, Chanchaga local government area by Mr Micheal which he says " our light does not even last for 4 minute  not even up to 15minute", We the country people are pleading with the power supply company in Niger state region to help fixing the problem leading to the short time supply of light and also to the State Government to help the citizen cross checking of the services render to the people. Yahoo has it that: 50 Cent is taking another unwanted trip to bankruptcy court to explain the endless bundles of cash he’s posted on Instagram after he was ordered to pay $7 million in a sex tape case to Lastonia Leviston, the ex of Rick Ross. The Wall Street Journal reports it was Leviston who brought the photos to Judge Ann Nevins’ attention during a hearing on Thursday (Feb. 18). Speaking with the rapper’s lawyers, Nevins said she is concerned about the sincerity of the rapper’s money woes. “There’s a purpose of having a bankruptcy process be transparent, and part of that purpose is to inspire confidence in the process,” she said, adding that bankruptcy is for “honest, but unfortunate” people who are given the right to start over. Not long after the rapper made the notion for Chapter 11 protected bankruptcy, he was seen on IG with money in his fridge, bedroom and laying on the floor spelling out the words, “broke.”

The Supreme Mavin Dynasty, CEO, Don Jazzy, aka Michael Collins, has apologised to his fans over alleged reports that he deliberately shunned Senator Ben Murray-Bruce’s request for him to perform alongside his former Mo’Hits Records partner, D’banj. Explaining to his fans on Twitter,  Don Jazzy said he left the venue of the event way before D’banj was scheduled to perform while maintaining that he has decided to take a break from being an artist.
